Trader Joes Mozzarella Sticks

Trader Joe’s Mozzarella Cheese Sticks can be found in the TJ’s frozen section. They come in a 16-ounce bag and cost $4.49 at the time of publication, or about 28 cents an ounce. That’s a fair bit more than the 18 cents an ounce the Aldi sticks currently cost, although in my experience it’s competitive with most grocers out there.

Simply preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit, throw some sticks on a cookie sheet, and then pop them in for nine to ten minutes. They come out sizzling! Watch cook times, there is a a fine line between not melted and puddle of cheese (which still will taste good for the record)

How to cook mozza sticks in the air fryer? I did 8 mins at 380 degrees and all the cheese exploded out 🙁 the breadcrumb shell was still really tasty though : r/traderjoes

Next time, try frying them. You dont need a whole lot of oil, just a shallow layer to cover about 1/5 of the sticks and turn them constantly. Dont fry them for too long or else the cheese will leak out of the breading. Let rest for about a minute or two, and you wont regret it.
